yes.u can comment on people,but do not expect high.do not expect,if u comment on him,as if he will listen to u.do not hope that.we mus understand there r so many types of people in this world,those who accept and those who reject.this aint a job for us to comment and to ensure that he will correct it after we commented,so,it is best to comment,but do not expect high and expect he to chnage to what u see.
